Dr. Holka earned a BSN, (Nazareth College), an MSA in Health Care Administration (Central Michigan), an MSN (Oakland University) and has a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Case Western Reserve in Cleveland. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Advanced Public Health Nurse and is a Certified Nurse Educator through the National League of Nursing. An instructor since 2006, she is part of a four member team who developed the Masters in Forensic Nursing program at Oakland. She is a member of the Macomb County Health Department Medical Reserve Corps.
