If you are in one of the Community College Partnership Programs, visit their website for more information.
PART ONE
PART TWO

Part One is a one-day orientation held during the summer months from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Students are encouraged to select the earliest orientation date that their schedule allows.

During this component, you will:

  • Be introduced to your school/college
  • Meet with your assigned academic adviser and register for classes
  • Learn about university policies, resources and your OU accounts
  • Meet other new students and have fun!

Housing Overnight Experience

Interested in exploring residence life on the campus of OU? Spend the night before your orientation and expand your experience by registering for an overnight stay in University Housing's residence halls!

Participants will have an insider's view and enjoy exciting activities including:
  • Events at the Recreation and Athletics Center
  • A midnight walk to Meadow Brook Hall
  • Making new friends and connections
This experience is only available to those who register for June 5, June 11 and June 18 orientations. Click here to sign up today.

Guest Policy

While we recognize that the support of family and friends is critical to your success as a student, we regret that we do not have space to accommodate family members or guests during Part One.
