FALL 2013

FALL IN TO FITNESS WITH OU CAMPUS RECREATION
This is a great time of year to enjoy exercise. The sun, mild weather, and cooler evenings are perfect for a walk, run, or bike ride. Soon, we will start to lose sunlight and warm days, which means many people will find it hard to squeeze in a workout. But, never fear, Campus Recreation is here for you! Come on over to the Recreation Center, and get your workout in to avoid those time change blues.

New Procedure for Outdoor Runners
Because we know you want to take advantage of that great fall weather, there is a new procedure for those that want to use the Rec, but run outside. Just stop at the Welcome Center before you leave the Rec! We will stamp your hand with a number and you just have to show us your stamp upon your return! You won't have to take your ID with you on your run anymore - just don't forget to get your stamp!

Pool Reopening
We know you have been waiting patiently all summer for the pool to reopen! The time has finally come! The pool is now open for normal operating hours. Our lap swim hours are as follows:
Mon-Th: 8am-3pm/6-10pm
Fri: 8am-3pm/ 6-8pm
Sat: 9am-7:30pm
Sun: 10am-9pm
