Keith Benson
OU basketball star and NBA prospect Keith Benson was featured in the Oakland Press after signing with well-known sports agent Leon Rose. Benson hopes to become the first OU basketball player to be drafted by an NBA team.

Sean Alpiner
OU student Sean Alpiner penned an editorial in the Detroit Jewish News chronicling his involvement with OU's Jewish Student Organization and Hillel of Metro Detroit to bring Jewish-centered events to campus. He helped organized monthly kosher Shabbat dinners to provide the university's Jewish student population a chance to come together and share ideas and experiences.

Amelita Sanchez
OU doctoral candidate Amelita Sanchez was quoted in an Oakland Press article regarding OU Provost Virinder Moudgil's career at OU. Sanchez has served as Dr. Moudgil's research assistant and credits him with helping her decide to pursue a doctorate.
