Lunch and Launch to focus on using Twitter to foster business success
Sterling Heights, Mich. – The Macomb-OU INCubator's Lunch and Launch series will welcome Sarah Worsham, CEO and web strategist at Sazbean Consulting, to impart her knowledge on Twitter from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 17.
A self-described "geek long before being one was cool," Worsham helps companies grow online by creating digital strategies based on customized analysis and achievement of business goals. She also maintains a blog at Sazbean.com and contributes to Social Media Club Detroit, IgniteDetroit, FutureMidwest and TEDxDetroit.
With experience programming for large eCommerce sites including Eddie Bauer, 1-800-Flowers and Westemer Governors University, as well as managing operation and strategy for more than 120 websites at a $120 million B2B media company, Worsham has built a repertoire for understanding the inner workings and intricacies of the Internet.
During the Lunch and Launch, she will help participants make sense of Twitter as an effective communication tool that can be used to enhance both personal and company success.
The free lecture at the Macomb-OU INCubator will include a question and answer period. Attendees should bring their own lunch, though beverages will be provided.
