Oakland University's Center for Autism Research, Education and Support has teamed with local non-profit Homes for Autism to host a 5k run, 5k walk and 10 run on the campus of Oakland University to raise funds for supportive and fun programs that support individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

OUCARES to host family fun day Oct. 4

The Oakland University Center for Autism Research, Education and Support (OUCARES) will host its annual Family Fun Day on Saturday, Oct. 4, from noon to 4 p.m. in the Campus Recreation Center. A variety of activities are planned, including swimming, arts and crafts, moonwalks, and caricatures, as well as a sensory room staffed by professionals from Kaufman Children’s Center.
