Refunds will be given up to one week prior to the event date. Cancellations within one week of the event date will not be refunded.
Exceptions: OU Summer Band Intensive & Summer Strings Camp - a refund will be issued only if requested in writing by June 1, 2013.
Exceptions: Great Lakes Dance Festival - full refund given if written notification received by June 15, 2013. 50% refund issued
if written notification received by June 30, 2013. No refunds considered after June 30th without medical documentation.
