Journal’s special issue on Civil Rights Act anniversary to feature SBA professors’ paper
Longtime research collaborators Lizabeth Barclay and Karen Markel of OU’s SBA recently learned that one of their latest research projects, a review paper on religious discrimination, has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Business and Psychology’s special issue on the 50th Anniversary of the Civil Rights Act.
The professors co-wrote their paper, “Religious Discrimination in the Workplace: A Review and Examination of Current and Future Trends,” with Sonia Ghumman, assistant professor of management, University of Hawaii-Manoa, and Ann Marie Ryan, professor of organizational psychology, Michigan State University.
