Diversity and Inclusion Welcomes New Assistant Deans

Robert Granadier, M.D., Thomas Guerrero, M.D. and Dawn Jung, M.D. join the Office of Diversity and Inclusion as assistant deans who will continue to support OUWB's vision and mission for cultural competence.

Their strong commitment to cultural awareness and interest in mentoring medical students, positions them for a successful start in their new roles. Their responsibilities include upholding the values, behaviors, attitudes, and practices that enable individuals to work cross culturally.

“They are on mission to honor and respect the beliefs, language, interpersonal styles and behaviors of individuals and families receiving services, as well as staff who are providing such services,” says Linda Gillum, associate dean for Academic and Faculty Affairs. “We welcome the new team as they continue to lead the dynamic, ongoing and developmental Diversity and Inclusion team.”
