Christina Grabowski, MSA
Assistant Dean for Admissions and Financial Services


Christina Grabowski has over nineteen years of higher education experience. A Michigan native and Oakland graduate, Christina previously held leadership roles in the undergraduate and graduate admissions offices. Having served as the assistant director of admissions, the associate director of graduate study and lifelong learning, and the director for graduate marketing and recruitment, she brings both experience and passion for student service to the OUWB School of Medicine.


Michelle Mich
Assistant Director for Admissions

Michelle Mich has over 12 years of higher education experience and joined the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine in April, 2010.  An Oakland University graduate and Michigan native, Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development, and she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership with a Social Justice focus.  Michelle’s responsibilities include data management, organizing interview days, managing the electronic application process, applicant advising, screening applications, and recruiting. 

  Katie Navock
Coordinator for Admissions

Katie Laier joined the OUWB Admissions Team in September 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Adrian College in Human Services and a Master in Education Degree with a specialization in Enrollment Management from Capella University.  Her experience working in higher education admissions spans over 14 years. Katie oversees the Admissions Ambassador program, plans Preview Days and Second Look Experience, advises applicants, recruits and screens applications.

Kathy Wolosiewicz
Office Assistant for Admissions and Financial Services

Kathy Wolosiewicz joined the OUWB Admissions Team in July 2015. She attended the University of Michigan-Flint where she studied Literature and Linguistics. Kathy has five years of experience in Early Childhood Education and is gaining further experience in higher education. As the Office Assistant, Kathy helps bring clarity and support to our applicants and students.  She organizes training events and committee meetings as well as new student correspondence.
