Is Emotional Intelligence (EI) a real and measurable intelligence? There is a long history of identifying what intelligence is and how it can be measured. A question has been raised to whether there are different types of intelligences and how to identify and measure them. This presentation will discuss EI and show that EI is, indeed, a type of intelligence that is both measurable and valuable in the workplace.
