In Collaboration with Social Media Club Detroit (SMCD)

September 23, 9 - 10 a.m.

Your website is your calling card on the web. See how it can generate business instead of simply being a brochure on the internet. Online research plays a big role before big purchase decisions are made, as 81% of consumers go online before heading out to the store. It's easy for them to find your business by name. How do they find you if they are searching for a product you sell or manufacture, or a service you provide? Learn how to position your business online with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), specifically:
  • What is SEO and why is it important?
  • How do major search engines, such as Google, work?
  • How long does it take to see results?
  • What is Local Search Marketing?
