* Financial aid (ie. scholarships, grants, awards, Perkins loans) is finalized based on the registered courses and course credits on the last published day to add and/or drop/withdraw from courses with a 100% tuition cancellation. Courses and credits added after the 100% tuition cancellation deadline are not considered in financial aid budgets or for disbursement of financial aid scholarships, awards, grants, and Perkins loans. Federal loans require a minimum of half time enrollment at the time of disbursement. All other federal loans disburse based on the registered courses at the time of disbursement. For more information, visit the Student Financial Services website.

**Last day for federal financial recipients to withdraw from all classes and return federal Title IV financial aid funds.

No student is required to take more than three examinations during any one day of the final examination period. Students who have more than two examinations scheduled during one calendar day during the final examination period may take their class schedules to the Dean’s Office in the College/School for assistance in arranging for an alternate time for the last of the three examinations.

Final exams are generally held in the regular classroom, but at different times. Plan ahead for finals. Below are PDFs of posted final exam dates and times.

ONLINE COURSES:  If the instructor elects to give an on-campus final exam, that exam will take place on Saturday of the final examination period. The time and location of the final exam will be provided by the instructor.

NOTE TO FACULTY:  If your class meeting times do not meet within one of the times listed, please contact the Office of the Registrar for a final examination time. Final grades from instructors are due in the Office of the Registrar within 48 hours of the close of each examination period or at 8 a.m. the following work day.

No student is required to take more than three examinations during any one day of the final examination period. Students who have more than two examinations scheduled during one calendar day during the final examination period may take their class schedules to the Dean’s Office in the College/School for assistance in arranging for an alternate time for the last of the three examinations.

If the university should close due to inclement weather or other emergency, any missed examination periods or days will be made up in sequence on the first day or days after the end of the originally scheduled final examination period. Rescheduled exams will take place at the same times and in the same places as originally scheduled. No exams will be rescheduled on Sunday.
