Human Resource Development supports the use of human development, organization development, training and development, and career development principles and practices to enhance the quality, performance and satisfaction of individuals, groups and organizations.

The Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development  program covers topics in areas related to needs assessment, instructional design and delivery, program evaluation, performance appraisal, personnel selection, recruiting, organization development, labor relations, employee involvement, and managing diversity.

The Master of Training and Development program addresses advanced instructional design, technology in instruction, and leadership preparing graduates for a variety of careers in the workplace.
