Students in the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine
(OUWB) who choose to live on campus will stay in the George T. Matthews student apartment complex
. Each 900-square-foot townhome accommodates two medical students, and provides convenience, quiet and privacy paramount to those with intense and busy schedules.
These two-bedroom apartments feature all the comforts of home, including a private entrance and patio, furnished bedrooms and living rooms, and a highly-coveted parking spot right outside your door. Apartments also include:
- extra-long twin-sized beds and mattress pad
- desk and chair
- shelves and closet space
- window blinds
- coffee and end table
- entertainment unit
These apartments share two central laundry rooms with three washers, three dryers, a laundry sink and sorting table in each one.
As apartment residents, OUWB students may purchase individual meals in the Vandenberg Dining Center
(or elsewhere on campus). Optional meal plans
are also available.
Contracts for the 2014-15 academic year must be signed no later than July 1, 2014. Move-in is available beginning August 1, 2014.
