How to Create a PDF Using Mac OS 10.6 and Newer


  • 1. To create a PDF file
    • Go to your Tool bar and select File then select Print.

    • Then the screen pops up (Refer to Figure 1)


  • 2. From the Print window
    • Select the button on the bottom of window that says Save AS PDF.

    • This then saves the document as a PDF document.
