  • 8. Click Start next to Students, Faculty, and Staff.

  • 9. Enter your NetID and Password.  Then click Continue.

  • 11. While the system completes the registration process, if you try to register your device again you may receive a message stating "Registration Failed: Host Already Registered". If you receive this message, disconnect the device from the network (either by unplugging the network cable or disabling the wireless network card), wait 5 minutes, and reconnect to the network. After this period of time, if you still receive this message, please contact the OU Helpdesk (x4357) for additional assistance.

General Troubleshooting

  • If the connection does not change after step 9, restart the computer.
  • If you are unable to connect to grizznet or disconnect from grizznet unexpectedly please attempt the following:
    • Update your wireless drivers
    • Register your computer using a wired port
  • If the above steps do not resolve your issue you may visit the helpdesk or send an email to helpdesk@oakland.edu with your device's mac address of your wireless card and the make and model of your device for further troubleshooting.
