An error message will occur if you attempt to re-route a UTS on-line form to the UTS Department that has already been submitted once.
reason is because the original submission created a UTS request ticket
and the process prevents multiple tickets for the same request.
In these instances, the submitter must route the form to a person in the UTS department to complete the process or submit a request to email@example.com requesting further instructions on how to re-submit the form..
