UTS On-Line Form Error Message

An error message will occur if you attempt to re-route a UTS on-line form to the UTS Department that has already been submitted once.

The reason is because the original submission created a UTS request ticket and the process prevents multiple tickets for the same request.

In these instances, the submitter must route the form to a person in the UTS department to complete the process or submit a request to uts@oakland.edu requesting further instructions on how to re-submit the form..

The help desk is unable to provide you with any contact information for the UTS department.
