SEHS - Global Initiatives and International Studies
Welcome

Virinder Moudgil, Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost, says “Oakland’s vision is to provide students with cultural and social experiences that prepare them to be effective contributors and leaders in tomorrow’s global community.

“Studying abroad is a life changing experience that helps students understand the world better,” Moudgil adds. “It also makes them more marketable to employers because they have this global experience.”

Whether it is OU students traveling to other countries or scholars from outside coming here, the School of Educational and Human Services is at the hub of this vital exchange to the benefit of students and their home countries across the world.
