Note: The person. department, or organization reserving this space is responsible for the immediate cleanup of the area and returning the room(s) to order. Trash must be disposed of outside of classrooms, conference rooms and the Atrium. Also, please note NO NUT PRODUCTS allowed in the Atrium! Thank You.


Guidelines for Requests for Use of General Purpose Rooms.
  • Please allow minimum three business days for process
  • Minimum 3 day notice for room reservation request
  • Insufficient information causes delays
  • General Purpose rooms are unavailable during the week(s) of exams and during semester breaks.
  • Please note: Classes have 1st priority for room use. Be aware your room reservation may change if needed for a class
