Please complete the following form to submit a nomination for one of the department student awards. Description of awards is available here.

For Kuzniar and Warren Awards, please attach one-page statement of support outlining why nominee is deserving of award.

For Student Paper Award, please attach student-authored paper meeting the following criteria:
  • Prepared for a Sociology, Anthropology, Social Work, or Criminal Justice class
  • Written in previous calendar (not academic) year
  • Is a research or application paper (i.e., uses scholarly sources, contains References/Works Cited page, etc.)
  • Is minimum 5 pages in length
