 . Focusing on management concepts broadly applicable across a wide range of 
 professions, the course is designed to answer the needs of companies interes
 ted in finding high-level employees capable of managing the complex, global 
 projects in today's work environment.\nProject management is a rapidly expan
 ding field and is widely recognized across a spectrum of industries such as 
 pharmaceuticals, building construction, vehicles, electronics, computer soft
 ware, and financial services. <br />\n<br />\nA project manager is the perso
 n accountable for accomplishing objectives on behalf of a client they repres
 ent, as well as having the ability to adapt to the various internal procedur
 es of the contracting party and ensuring unity among the project team.\nThe 
 Project Management Principles course at the SBA is designed to assist profes
 sionals with the PMI exam certification process, and broadly covers topics t
 hat are designed to help participants become valuable project managers in mu
 ltiple industries. The eight knowledge areas examined during the three-modul
 e course include project management in terms of; integration, scope, time, c
 ost, quality, human resources, communications and risk management. <br />\n<
 br />\nTargeted skills include creating clear and attainable project objecti
 ves, building project requirements, and managing the triple constraint for p
 rojects – cost, time and scope. Course materials provided with class utilize
  case-based instruction and participant learning will be reinforced through 
 classroom discussion.\nThe SBA will host the Fall 2012 program on Fridays an
