The tools outlined in this lecture are ones are streamlined for any corporate employee, entrepreneur or large corporation to implement successfully. Ideation, customer segmentation, value chain by segment, channel opportunities, core purpose and key strategies are just a few of the many strategic planning tools provided for immediate use.
About the series
Oakland University business graduate students can take advantage of special registration offer as part of the business school’s sponsorship of the 2013 Bulletproof Your Success business lecture series presented by President and CEO of The Community House in Birmingham, Camille Jayne.
An established business leader, Jayne developed the series to help business professionals succeed in a difficult environment. The series covers the eight competency clusters she has identified to increase business effectiveness. The lecture series offers tools and processes attendees can start using immediately to help bulletproof their success in business.
The lectures, which take place the second Wednesday of every month from February through September 2013 at the Birmingham Community House from 11:30-1:30 p.m., run $35 per lecture, registrants can add a lunch for $10. The SBA sponsorship includes 10 registrations and lunch per lecture, which are available to SBA graduate students on a first-come basis. See information below on how to reserve your spot. Each lecture also includes a personal “Success Pitstop Assessment,” a comprehensive questionnaire participants can use to rate their skills, leadership, traits, management style, experiential and factual knowledge, and talents/abilities to determine their “success bucket” score.

Reservations should be placed by the 23 month preceding the lecture. The spaces are available on a first-come basis.
