Note: The major is a minimum of 40 credits. Students must take four required core courses (AN 101, AN 102, AN 302, and AN 470) totaling 16 credits and select one of three tracks within the major (cultural anthropology, archaeology or general anthropology) which comprise an additional 24 credits. The term “elective” may not be completely “free” in that this table does not address the university requirement of having 32 credits at the 300/400 level.
Please note: Student on scholarship or financial aid must be in a minimum of 12 credits per semester.
