The Personal and Financial Planning Program in the School of Business Administration partners with Keir Educational Resources to offer a 4-day instructor-led exam review. All individuals who meet the initial educational requirements of the CFP® Board and are ready to prepare for the certification examination can register for this comprehensive exam review.
The CFP® Board has discovered that students who take a review course have the highest potential for exam success. When scheduling your review class, allow sufficient time between finishing your last class and taking the exam review. This will allow for enough time to study at home before taking the CFP® exam.
Keir Educational Resources recommends studying the required course materials for 120 hours prior to the start of the review course, and a total of 200 hours before taking the exam. The Certification Basic package is required and should be ordered directly from Keir 3 months before the review.
