On September 29, Eli, Kathy and Lauren will be running a half marathon in The Brooksie Way. Their journey toward the finish line starts this summer as they lace up their shoes and begin training for the challenge. All three have ties to Oakland University. All three hope to inspire others to join them for the health of it. Check this site every month for running tips, motivation, nutrition ideas and more from Eli, Kathy and Lauren and track their progress as they get closer to achieving their half marathon goals.
