Download the application form, and follow the instructions. Remember that you must be a full-time SBA student, with a GPA of at least 3.0. You must be a junior by the end of the fall semester of 2012. By submitting the application, you certify that all information on the application is correct to the best of your knowledge. 

Applications are due on April 16, 2012.

If your application is way cool and groovy, you'll be contacted for an interview, sometime in May.
