Consider that 65% of the population are visual learners and 90% of the information that comes to the brain is visual. In Visual Literacy: Learn to See, See to Learn, Burmark suggests that utilizing a variety of visual aids in the classroom may improve learning up to 400%.
The focus of this course is to understand and apply the visual teaching template in all instructional areas to benefit all learners.

- Gain awaremess of what is involved in becoming a visual teacher while fostering the creative nature of each individual student
- Understand and apply the visual teaching template in the fine art areas of instruction in order to meet the needs of all learners
- Aid educators in a variety of strategies to foster creativity
