Freedom From Smoking

Graham Health Center is offering smoking cessation classes! The Freedom From Smoking group classes includes eight sessions (over 7 weeks) and features a step-by-step plan for quitting smoking. Each session is designed to help smokers gain control over their behavior. The class encourages participants to work on the process and problems of quitting both individually and as part of a group.
The classes are FREE to Oakland University students and employees.
