Coach takes honors in first time at bat Like the baseball team, Oakland’s softball team was under new leadership in 2006 with Glenn MacDonald taking the helm. With the new leadership and a senior-laden squad, the team finished 27-29, the second-most wins in the seven-year history of the program.
