A dream of adventure fulfilled Leo Bowman, CAS ’76, and OUAA Board of Directors chairman took a lifelong dream and turned it into reality this past July by running with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain. Trip of a lifetime Sixteen Oakland University alumni and friends took a rare journey into the heart of China and the mystical country of Tibet this summer. Led by OU Professor of Anthropology Richard Stamps, the group spent 17 days touring China’s cities and countryside, taking in historic sites such as the Great Wall, Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, Ming Tombs and the exciting metropolis of Shanghai.
