At this session, learn to manage performance and culture with confidence in order to unite employees, increases collaboration and pride, and drive out fear, negativity and politics. In this hands-on approach to learning, attendees will complete a culture road map to help gain a clear understanding of where gaps exist in their current company culture.
- Learn what culture really is and what it is not
- Understand the steps to the Define / Align / Manage framework to improve performance and drive clarity and alignment
- Complete your personal one-page culture road map so the framework and approach may be shared with others and customized to your unique culture and performance priorities
The approach was featured in the 2014 book "Build the Culture Advantage, Deliver Sustainable Performance with Clarity and Speed," endorsed by Marshall Goldsmith as the go-to resource for building a performance-based culture.
