OU INC The Oakland Press reported on the Macomb-OU INCubator's opening of a new idea hub. The "I-Hub" aims to stimulate business success by providing a place to foster the exchange of business insights, perspectives and resources between entrepreneurs. Additionally, the Oakland Press reported on the incubator's launch of a new initiative as part of the OU Lean Diversification Program. OU INC was also referenced in a Detroit Free Press article on the emergence of several smaller business incubators that have opened in Detroit in recent years.
Medical Main Street The Detroit News reported on Medical Main Street, a unique alliance of universities, heath care institutions and life science companies designed to spur investment in the region. Oakland University participates in this initiative, which was launched in 2008.
