Successful government contracting consulting firm to bring defense programming to Macomb County
Sterling Heights, Mich. -The Macomb-OU INCubator has partnered with Logistic Specialties Inc (LSI) and the Michigan Defense Center for series of talks to instruct small businesses on the ins and outs of government contracting in Southeast Michigan. The partners' alignment of goals is aided by their common location on-site at the Velocity Center in Sterling Heights.

Kicking off the series is "Doing Business with the Department of Defense," scheduled for Tuesday, June 17. The series continues the same week with "Winning Federal Contracts as a Small Business" on Thursday, June 19. Workshop topics for 2014 also include teaming with prime contractors, proposal management and writing winning proposals.
