AAAP ambassador Dr. Augustine Pounds connects with her roots
Dr. Augustine Pounds, alumni admissions ambassador, recently wrote a letter to future students from her hometown community and shared her success story and offered encouragement. Nearly 400 Pontiac, Michigan high school students received the letter during the last week of February 2010. Here is what she had to share>>

Nashville, TN Outreach April 24 - 26, 2010
The last weekend in April 2010 Nashville, TN area OU alumni are invited to team up with local AAAP ambassadors and AAAP coordinator at the Sunday, April 25, 2010 Greater Nashville Area National College Fair. On Saturday, April 24 Nashville area alumni are invited to join other OU alumni and AAAP coordinator for lunch at Nero's by Greenhills at 12:00pm or for breakfast on Monday, April 26 at Noshville's Greenhills at 7:30am. Over a dozen Nashville area alumni have responded and are expected to attend the luncheon on Saturday or the breakfast on Monday to reconnect with their alma mater and meet fellow alumni in the area.

40 active AAAP ambassadors and family members enjoyed the 2nd annual AAAP Appreciation Night as the Men's Basketball team thumped the Jackrabbits of South Dakota State on February 18, 2010.
