DROP-IN BODY COMPOSITION ASSESSMENTS
Start on January 7 and continue the first Monday of every month in the Fitness Center. 8 a.m. - 10 a.m., Noon - 2 p.m., or 4 - 6 p.m. Cost is $5, and should be paid previous to the session at the welcome center. Price includes print out results.
TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
CLASS TO START IN JANUARY!
TRX Suspension Training leverages one's own body weight and the force of gravity. It is designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination and core stability all simultaneously. The system utilizes a suspension trainer that allows the user to work against their own body weight. TRX training engages the core on every exercise in addition to providing some cardio fitness in every single workout. TRX Suspension Training is offered in small group training format and is led by a group fitness instructor. FREE to members. Class times are listed

Krav Maga Group Exercise Class is FREE to paid members and OU students.
Krav Maga fitness is based on the Israeli Street Fighting System. This is a workout like no other and builds self-defense skills in addition to fitness levels. The class is for men & women, beginners through advanced fitness levels. This workout is more than a cardio class!

DROP-IN CHAIR MASSAGE Registration required at the Rec Center Welcome Desk. Cost is $1/minute (sold in 5 min. blocks). Session times for Winter 2013:
January 31, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

March 25, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

OU MOVES!
Get moving by joining OU Moves! - The Price is Right Cliff Hangers. All tracking will be done online. The program will run January 14 - March 1 and is FREE to members. Don't miss the information session on January 8 at 12:15 p.m. in the OC Lake Michigan Room.
