Congratulations on deciding to expand your mind, your experiences, your horizons! This Fulbright-Hays Group Projects Abroad Program is experiential learning at its best.
Travel to New Zealand and Australia, meet wonderful teachers, practice in schools, stay with locals and see the sights - all while earning graduate-level credits that can be used towards a masters degree!
Who: This one-time opportunity is designed for
newly-graduated teachers from any college/university in the United States, especially those who represent the diversity of Southeast Michigan. (Those who have graduated between December
2011 and May 2012.)
When: Travel is from May through June, 2012. However, there are sessions and coursework associated with this opportunity before and after the travel dates. Please see the full schedule.
How: This opportunity is funded through a generous U.S.
Department of Education program. Costs to participants are minimal, and explained here.
