Fogler, Joan Joan Fogler, longtime Rochester resident, shares an oral history that covers her early days as a waitress at the historic Red Knapp's Dairy Bar to her current position as Oakland Township Supervisor. Fogler's years in Rochester include a memorable stint as the creator of the famous Red Knapp's Malt recipe, weekends working at the Fogler family farm, and a lifetime of community service.
