Roose, Amelia
Amelia Roose first came to Rochester on her way to a family cottage in Lapeer. Roose and her husband chose to make their home here after living in other cities, and today they consider it their hometown. Roose is a member of St. Andrew Roman Catholic Parish, where she has taught Religious Education for 17 years. A supporter of the OPC Senior Center, Roose recalls the construction of the facility and shares her enthusiasm for Rochester's older adult community. This interview was conducted at the OPC Senior Center on May 27, 2010 by Oakland University students Amy Robillard and Steve Rakoczy. Run time 5:06.

Packard, Sandra
Sandra Packard, Professor, Educational Leadership, served as Oakland University's only female president from 1992-1995. In this oral history, she discusses her experiences as President and her teaching career. This oral history was conducted by Samantha D.
