Ricks-Doneen, Julie
Dr. Julie Ricks-Doneen is a faculty member of Oakland University’s Human Development/Child Studies department and holds the position as the Director of The Lowry Center for Early Childhood education located in Pawley Hall at Oakland University. Dr. Ricks-Doneen discusses the history of the Lowry Center at the chicken coops and the approaches used to educate the children. This oral history was collected by Cassy Bridges, an English major studying at Oakland University class of 2014 for a class project in the course WRT 160, winter 2011.
