The link below is to a sample research agreement. You may use this as a template of Oakland University's standard terms and conditions with an outside agency. The Vice Provost for Research, 544 O'Dowd Hall, X2552, is authorized to enter into a sponsored agreement on behalf of the University.
Any change to the standard agreement must be approved by the Vice Provost for Research and OU legal counsel. Send your request for alterations to the Vice Provost for Research research@oakland.edu.
