1. Motion from the Graduate Council (Mr. Goslin)
MOVED that the University Senate recommend to the President and the Board of Trustees the approval of a Ph.D. degree in Education with tracks in Counseling, Early Childhood Education and Educational Leadership.
First reading: Debatable, amendable, but not eligible for a final vote.
Comment: A copy of the complete proposal may be viewed in the Provost's office. The recommendations of the Senate Planning Review Committee and Senate Budget Review Committee will be forthcoming as will the contents of the framework of the program and the abstract and revised budget pages from each of the three tracks.
