AGENDA
Respectfully submitted by Keith R. Kleckner for the Steering Committee
A. Old Business:
None
B. New Business:
1. Steering Committee Election (Mr. Arnold, Elections Committee Chair)
Comment: Lisa Stamps' graduation leaves a Steering Committee valiancy for the 1990-91 academic year. Continuing members of that body are Daniel Braunstein (Business Administration), Penny Cass (Nursing), Joseph Der Hovanesian (Engineering and Computer Science), Richard Pettengill (Library); and Anne Tripp (Arts and Sciences). All senators are eligible to serve, as the current roster presents no threat of violating the constitutional ban on electing more than two Steering Committee members from any one faculty (Article IV, ix of the Constitution of the Oakland University Senate as amended and approved 6 May 1982). A list of current senators accompanies this agenda to assist members in nominating candidates.
2 . Motion from the Steering Committee to staff certain Senate standing committees (Mr. Pettengill).
a. MOVED that Barbara Mabee replace Amir Hormozi on the Academic and Career Advising Committee for this academic year (1990-91).
