A.  Old Business

3.  Proposal to authorize the School of Education to establish a minor in physical education. Second Reading, eligible for final vote.

B.  New Business

2.  Proposal to shorten the time allotted for completion of I (Incomplete) grades. First reading.

3.  Proposal from APC to modify "declaration of major" policies.  First reading.

4.  Proposal from Academic Standing and Honors Committee to modify academic probation and dismissal policy. First reading.

5.  Proposal to change "Chancellor" to "President" in all university documents. Procedural motion, eligible for final vote.

6.  Proposed constitutional amendment from the Steering Committee to increase the elected A-P representation in the Senate from two to ten. First reading.

7. Report of Steering Committee activities.
