The next meeting of the Senate will be on Wednesday, August 18, 1965, at 3:00 p.m. in Gold Room A of the Oakland Center.

A. New Business

1. Recommendations from the Committee on Academic Standing and Baccalaureate Honors (Mr. Sells)

a. That the Faculty of Oakland University nominates the undergraduate students named in the attached list to receive the bachelors degree in course to be awarded at the Commencement ceremony on Sunday, August 22, 1965.

(It is requested that the Senate authorize a final vote on the foregoing motion at this meeting.)

b. That University Honors be awarded to the members of the graduating class named in the attached list.

c. That Departmental Honors be awarded in accordance with the departmental recommendations recorded in the attached list. (It is requested that the Senate authorize a final vote on the foregoing motions at this meeting.)
