The primary engineering services and responsibilities include engineering support for construction of new high performance Green buildings including recently completed LEED Platinum certified Human Health Building and upcoming Engineering Center building with a certification goal of LEED Gold, renovation of existing facilities, management and implementation of the university's infrastructure projects, and oversight of the university's master plan. We also oversee the university's storm water management program, oversee engineering design documents, utilities purchasing and implement variety of energy initiatives. We also manage the database for capital assets of the campus, continuously taking initiatives for sustainability best practices at our campus and promoting green culture in the campus community.
