Please, always bring your insurance card with you! A photo copy of the front and back is acceptable as well. We are able to bill the following insurances:
- Oakland University Student Insurance with UnitedHealthcareStudentResources
- BCBS Traditional
- BCBS Messa
- BCBS PPO
- Aetna
- PPOM / Cofinity
- Priority Health
- Priority Health HMO
- United Health Care Choice Plus
- UnitedHealth Care PPO Options
- Some Medicaid plans accepted (Please call GHC for verification)
Also, many other private insurances are accepted.
If proof of insurance is not available at the time of service, payment is required. However, you may submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. We can not refund your cash payment and bill your insurance company at a later date.
Depending on your coverage, many laboratory services (throat cultures, blood tests) can be billed directly through participating laboratories.

Please bring your insurance card with you, or a copy of the front and back of your parent’s card. We work very hard to keep your out-of-pocket expenses to a minimum but we can not guarantee insurance coverage/payment.
