Using GHC
Planning a Visit
Same-day appointments are usually available. Walk-ins are accepted for sick visits but wait times are less predictable. For new patients, registration forms can be downloaded and completed before you arrive. Plan at least for a 60- to 90-minute visit. Bring any insurance card and student ID whenever you visit GHC. If you fail to arrive for an appointment, you may be charged a $10 no show fee.
Who Can Use the GHC
All current part-time and full-time OU students, students from neighboring colleges without health centers, and graduates from OU within 6 months after graduation.

Faculty and staff are eligible when they have suffered work-related injuries, have employment physical exams, and sick visits. Current OU employee health insurance (BCN or HAP) does not provide coverage. Priority Health and traditional BC/BS  health insurance will reimburse for services at GHC.
Confidentiality
GHC recognizes and supports patients’ rights to confidential medical care. The privacy of your medical information is important to us and we are committed to protecting it. It is necessary to create a record of the care and services you receive at GHC in order to provide you with quality care and to comply with certain legal requirements.

See Graham Health Center Notice of Privacy Practices for more information.
