Consideration. The Finance, Audit and Investment Committee reserves without limitation the right to add or delete agendum items during any meeting and to consider or postpone any agendum item added during any meeting.
Addressing the Board. Any person wishing to address the Finance, Audit and Investment Committee at a meeting must submit a written request to the Office of the Board of Trustees prior to the meeting or to a representative of the Office of the Board of Trustees at the meeting, which includes the person’s name and the subject matter the person wishes to address.
