AP Assembly Meetings
The AP Executive Board invites all APs to attend our bi-monthly meetings. Agenda items often include discussions on professional development, special events, reports from Senate committee appointments, and other issues related to APs. All are welcome!

Professional Development Programs
The AP Assembly provides professional staff members with opportunities for professional growth through a multitude of professional development programs. We strive to offer a diversified series to meet the needs of our professional community. Examples of program topics include FERPA, benefits, healthly living, new technology and leadership skills. We are always open to your suggestions!

Spiritwear Sale
Get your black and gold on! The AP Assembly organizes an annual sale for APs to pick up OU logo clothing and merchandise.

Events
In order to provide a network for APs, the assembly plans special events aimed at recognizing outstanding APs, providing social networking opportunities and to welcome new employees to the university. We hope you will join us!

Book Club
The summer book club features top titles for professional development, staff motivation and the field of higher education. Book club participants receive a free copy of the book and attend facilitated discussion sessions with colleagues from across campus.

New AP Recognition
Each spring, the AP Assembly welcomes new APs to the campus community with an informational event. New AP’s will enjoy a welcome from AP Assembly, AP Association and campus leaders; an introduction by their supervisors; light refreshments; and networking. All current APs are invited to help us welcome our new colleagues to the campus community.
