- Click on Sites located at the top-left of the page.
- Click on the site you wish to change permissions to open the site.
-
Once the site is open, click on the More icon on the top-right of the page to view the drop down menu.
- Select Share and Permissions.
- In the Permissions box, click Change.
- Select the radio button next to the option you want for your site. Click "Save."
- If
you choose to make your site public or viewable to anyone with the
link, you can also allow that same set of people to edit your site by
clicking on the drop-down next to the user's name. You can specify
whether the specific user "Is owner", "Can edit", or "Can view".
- If
you have changed permission settings for a user, click "Share and Save
Changes." If you did not change any permission settings for a user or if
you have clicked "Save Changes", click "Close".
